A school calendar with only your child's class
Smartschool gives you one calendar with every activity of the whole school. Paste your Smartschool link, pick your child's class and you get a new calendar link that only contains the right activities, plus the activities for the whole school. Every school year the class moves up one place automatically, so you only set this up once.
Activities for the whole school (swimming, study days, holidays) have no class mentioned.

How do I add this to my calendar?
Google Calendar (computer)
Open Google Calendar on the web. Next to Other calendars choose the plus sign, then From URL, paste the https link and click Add calendar. Google can take up to 24 hours to refresh changes.
iPhone and iPad
Go to Settings, Calendar, Accounts, Add Account, Other, Add Subscribed Calendar and paste the webcal link.
Android
Subscribe through Google Calendar on the web (see above). The calendar then shows up automatically in the Calendar app on your phone.
Outlook
Choose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, paste the https link and confirm.
How it works
- Paste your Smartschool link. In Smartschool, copy the link via Planner, Manage (gear icon), Share planner (ICS export), and paste it above.
- Pick your child’s class. Tick the right class(es) and see right away in the preview which activities remain.
- Add the new calendar link. Subscribe in Google Calendar, on your iPhone or in Outlook. Every school year the class moves up by itself.
